Arielle Sullivan-Harris, M.D. Dr. Arielle Sullivan-Harris joined North Atlanta Primary Care in 2015 and is seeing patients at our Cumming location.

Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Dr. Sullivan-Harris graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Chemistry and a Master of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

Dr. Sullivan-Harris completed medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 2012. She completed her Family Medicine internship and residency training at Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA in 2015.

Some of her areas of medical interest include managing chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes as well as women's health. She is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Sullivan-Harris and her husband Kenya live in Berkeley Lake. She enjoys crafts; especially knitting, and spending time with family and friends.

Anu Gulati, M.D.Dr. Anu Gulati completed her Family Medicine Residency at Michigan State University in 2006 and joined NAPC in 2014. She is a graduate from Rangaraya Medical College (NTR University of Health Sciences) in India and also has Masters Degree in Public Health (MPH) from Western Kentucky University. She has been practicing in Metro Atlanta area for 8 years before joining NAPC. Dr. Gulati manages all aspects of outpatient care including acute and chronic medical problem management such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, annual physical exams and sports physical exams. She specializes in preventive health care and women’s health services.

Dr. Gulati is a professional member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. She is also fluent in Hindi, Telugu and Punjabi. Dr. Gulati lives in Johns Creek with her husband and two adorable children

Nikki Hughes, M.D. with North Atlanta Primary Care, formerly known as North Fulton Family MedicineDr. Hughes joined North Atlanta Primary Care in 2014, she works out of the Sugar Hill location. Dr. Hughes was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She completed her undergraduate degree at Clemson University. Dr. Hughes is a big Clemson Tigers fan! She completed her residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Some of her areas of medical interest include Women’s Health. Dr. Hughes is active member of many organizations some of which include the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. Colette Bullock, M.D. Dr. Colette D. Bullock joined North Atlanta Primary Care in April 2017 and is seeing patients at our Johns Creek location.

Dr. Bullock was born and raised in Bay Shore of Long Island, NY where she attended New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury during her undergraduate years. She attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 2007 and completed her residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, NJ in 2010.

Her dedication to whole person wellness cultivates her interests in Clinical Nutrition, Heart Disease, Diabetes, and Kidney Disease. Dr. Bullock is a proud member of the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Internists, and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Bullock lives in Johns Creek with her husband and their three sons and enjoys running and weight lifting in her spare time. She stays true to her holistic health passions and teaches dance classes from teenagers to adults of all ages at her church.

David L. Hall, M.D.Dr. Hall has been with the practice since 1997. He completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at Berea College in Berea, Kentucky and graduate studies at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky with emphasis in Physical Chemistry. He obtained his medical degree from the University Kentucky Lexington, KY. He completed his internship and residency at University Alabama Birmingham in Family Medicine serving as Chief Resident in 1989-1990. He has maintained board certification in Family Medicine since 1990. He first entered medical practice in Emergency Medicine and worked in Hopkinsville, Kentucky from 1990 through 1994. He joined Emory Health Care in June 1994 as an Associate Professor of Family Medicine during their initial expansion into the primary care arena. He was a volunteer physician during the 1996 Olympics and assigned to the Olympic VIP and Family members and the weightlifting and wrestling events. He is a member and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice as well as the Georgia Academy of Family Practice.Sees Patients At These Locations

Todd Deavens, M.D.Dr. Deavens, who is originally from Miami, Florida joined North Atlanta Primary Care in 2014. He works out of the Woodstock office. Dr. Deavens graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in Miramar, Florida. He completed his residency at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He is a present member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He enjoys weightlifting, reading, hiking and meditating in his spare time.Sees Patients At These Locations

Steven Celestin, M.D. Dr. Steven Celestin was born and raised in Queens, NY. He completed a 7 year combined undergraduate/medical program at C.U.N.Y. Medical School at City College of NY and N.Y.U. School of Medicine in 2001. He then completed his training at the Mt. Sinai/Jamaica Hospital Family Practice Residency Program in 2004. He won the Planetree Employee of Year Award (with Hudson River health care in NY – 2011).

As a National Health Service Corps scholar, he went on to serve in medically underserved areas of the Bronx, NY and Beacon, NY until July, 2012. At that time, he and his wife Alexis decided to move (with their two sons Noel and Joshua) from Peekskill, NY to Suwanee, GA in order to join the North Atlanta Primary Care Family.

As a Family Physician, Dr. Celestin has taken great pride in emphasizing special attention to preventive care, cardiovascular medicine, smoking cessation, and mental health concerns that often gets overlooked during busy and turbulent lives for many of our patients. After much joy and fulfillment in the Cumming office, Dr. Celestin is soon embarking on an exciting new venture - being the first M.D. provider at our upcoming Braselton, opening on September 19th, 2016. When not tending to patients Dr. Celestin enjoys family time and getting outside to play football and basketball.

Dr. Satishkumar Ganjam Dr. Ganjam joined NAPC in 2012, he is originally from India. Dr Ganjam went to Medical School in India and worked for two years in Jamaica, (Caribbean Island) before he moved to the United States in 2005. He completed Family Practice Residency from Forbes Regional Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2008. During that time he won the Nurses Choice Award. Dr. Ganjam has extensive interests in preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatrics, office procedures and numerous other primary care medical problems. Dr. Ganjam has been recognized as America's Top Family Doctors in 2014.

He lives with his beautiful wife and two daughters in Cumming, Georgia and loves to spend his spare time with his family, traveling and reading. He also finds the time to volunteer in community health fairs. Dr. Ganjam is also fluent in Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.

M.D. Dr. Sharmin Banu Anam joined North Atlanta Primary Care in August 2016, she is seeing patients in our Johns Creek location. Prior to joining NAPC, Dr. Banu Anam worked in Management Care for the last two years.

Dr. Banu Anam was born In Bangladesh and graduated from Mymensingh medical college in 2002. Dr. Banu Anam and her family moved to Georgia in 2004. She then completed her Medical Residency in 2014 at Emory University, as part of Emory Family Medicine.

Her medical interests include the human body as a whole, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, acute and chronic care including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and mental health to name a few. She also has a strong interest in sport physical and complete physical exam for all ages; her oldest patient is 106 years old!

Dr. Sharmin Banu Anam is board certified in family medicine and a member of the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. She has been awarded for scholarly project during her residency at Emory. She is fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and Nepalese.

In her spare time, Dr Banu Anam enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. She lives in Peachtree Corners with her husband, son, and daughter.

Lacey Hutchinson, D.O. Dr. Lacey Hutchinson joined North Atlanta Primary Care in July 2016 and is seeing patients at our Alpharetta location.

Dr. Hutchinson was born and raised in Owensboro, KY. She graduated from Samford University, in Birmingham, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Medicine. She Attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Georgia Campus and completed her residency at the Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY, in 2014.

Dr. Hutchinson has been practicing family medicine in Kentucky for the past two years in a medical center specializing in Women’s health. She recently moved back to Georgia with her Husband Andy to get closer to their friends and new career opportunities.

Some of her areas of medical interest include women’s health, with an emphasis in gynecology, contraception management and female annuals. She enjoys educating women on the importance of regular health exams and screening. She is also skilled in performing aesthetics procedures, and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Hutchinson lives in Buckhead with her husband of 10 years, Andy, and their 13 year old Jack Russell. She enjoys cooking, swimming and biking. She has finished 3 Triathlons and is looking forward to participating in some of Georgia best Triathlons. She is also a big KY Basketball Fan!
